Scott is originally from Sydney, Australia and graduated from the University of Sydney in 2001. He worked in the public and private health sector in Australia before moving to England in 2003. Since then Scott worked in the NHS and in the private sector until 2006. During this time he worked with the GB rowing team and was Head Physiotherapist for Tonga Rugby on their 2005 European tour of Italy and France. Scott also furthered his education by gaining an MSc (Sports & Exercise Medicine) with distinction from the University of London, Queen Mary in 2005. In 2006 he joined the Leicester Tigers Rugby Club and was a senior team physiotherapist for the team that claimed the Guinness Premiership twice and was finalists in the Heineken Cup twice. During this time he was fortunate enough to work with some of the leading players in world rugby along with world-class Doctors, strength & conditioners and rehab specialists. Scott has a special interest in post-operative treatment and rehabilitation of lower and upper limb injuries. He also has a special interest in spinal pain and the resultant rehabilitation to have a pain-free back. He is a trained Functional Movement Screen (FMS) practitioner specializing in functional screening & rehabilitation for both the general public and athlete. Scott enjoys rugby, golf, scuba diving, mountain biking and rock climbing in his spare time.
