Chris Lendrum BSc MCSP

Physiotherapist

Chris trained at Keele University in 2005 and graduated with honors. Upon qualifying he worked as a volunteer physiotherapist in Ghana for four and a half months gaining invaluable experience treating high level athletes for the football side “Hearts of Oak”. In 2005, Chris joined the Lister Hospital in Stevenage where he gained experience in a wide range of physiotherapy settings. In 2007, Chris moved into the private sector working at Fit4Life in Fulham where he developed his skills in manual therapy and sports rehabilitation.  Chris concurrently studied for a diploma in Personal training and Sports Massage in 2007.  This has enabled Chris to use his Physiotherapy skills to supplement his training knowledge to obtain superb results with clients.  He has particular interest in shoulder and spinal rehabilitation and likes to be involved in sport both in and outside of work. He played hockey to a national league level and also enjoys club football.
