What To ExpectYour first appointment will last approximately 45 minutes and will include a full assessment and treatment. During this visit the physiotherapist will take a medical history and perform a full examination of the problem. For leg or back problems you may wish to bring some shorts. We ask that you always leave enough time for your treatment and arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment. Treatment may involve different ways of relieving pain, restoring function, flexibility and strength. Skills and techniques used may include mobilisations of joints and or soft tissues, manipulation, osteopathic techniques, postural correction, electrotherapy, acupuncture, exercises and muscle rehabilitation.
